Respire Blue Series is one of the newest oral appliances avaliable for treatment of sleep apnea. We find it to be the most comfortable, secure and durable.

 The attachment for advancement is futher forward than other appliances and is located on the lower piece, which seems to give added comfort as there is more room in the buccal vestible on the lower jaw. The appliance is open in the front to allow the patient to be able to inhale and exhale with more air per breath, it also adds to comfort when mouth breathing is necessary.

Another feature of Respire is that the "wing" attachments are quite forward which puts less pressure on the screw, and therefore there are fewer breakages.
